Much as I hear these sort of stories regarding Treason, no one has explained to us about what elements of actions constitute to committing Treason. The law has been there and MCP government has applied it on many occasions to an extent of hanging the offenders. Gadama, Chiwanga,Matenje and their colleague were killed without trial. Orton Chirwa,Muwalo and Silombela were all killed by applying the same law. Many who escaped the same law were massacred in exile. Does it mean MCP failed to interpret this law?
