I only hope Government will not consider the MCP MPs. It will be very unfair to us who supported the 4bn allocation when the leader of opposition Chakwera was leading demonstrations against the allocation of 4bn to all constituencies

Hahahahah bravo government. Government is not run by the so called CSOs . Stupid CSOs for that matter. CSO guys, you can continue to making your empty noise, that’s how you get daily bread. What you should know is that if there is no development out there, it will be government to be pointed fingers at, not you. One of the reasons why disbursement’s to District Councils has never never yielded any tangible results is because there’s no capacity on the ground to translate such funds into developmental projects. The only capacity they have is looting.
