Bambo David Lally, vilifying incumbents by belittling their contributions isn’t cheap propaganda but rather politics. If incumbent MP’s contribution id visible to the voters then it would be very very difficult for spiring politicians to castigate and belittle them. It is because of their ineffectiveness and lack of delivery that opens up room for vilification. Just ask the incumbent MP’s to do their job otherwise someone else will.

A David Lally lero limenelo? You did the same the time you were campaigning in the constituency. You are only trying to gain sympathy inu zanu zinada kale. We want someone educated in the area who can fully understand government policies. Msaka yemweyo kuti wawawa.
