Clearly,the British are not embaciles as Muthalika’s Chinese Masters.The friendship between China and Malawi,is based on man to man,therefore,Chinese,are not concerned with the wellbeing of the Malawian people.It would be foolhardy for the British people to handover this MK23bn relief in response to food exigency, directly into the hands of the corrupt leadership..In the first place,I have to thank the British government and its bounteous citizens while the State President and his obsequious are busy pocketing the funds for their own greedy ends.It is apparently clear that Muthalika has no affinity with the suffering people of Malawi when he arrogantly… Read more »

This aid will not come as cash. The British are not stupid. As the article says, the money will go to various sectors of the population to fund projects aimed at boosting the health and well-being of the people, not the politicians. Also take note who is donating this aid; is it the Chinese so beloved of our dear President? No, it is the old colonial country that so many Malawians seem to despise.
