Exactly, Winston. The British people, in the shape of DFID, the EU and the UN, will go on pouring money into leaking Malawi buckets until the cows come home. It doesn’t matter how many times they are told that the money goes into the pockets of all the wrong people. They want to look virtuous and measure their virtue in money.
