Welcome to Malawi Ms Tett. You have an opportunity to make a difference. Your predecessor Michael Nevin was a bully and a hard core colonialist who took great pride in fighting the president and his government. I hope you can distinguish yourself.

UK, thank you for the kind gesture. I however appeal to you to develop a system to track down usage of such funds. These people through which you are giving donations to Malawians are ruthless. They appear innocent but have corrupt mindsets. They will meet at night to discuss how to siphon it out. If no system is put in place only a small percentage of this money will be used for its intended purpose. These are what Professor Lumbumba call MISLEADERS.

NB On YouTube, anyone interested in corruption in Africa will find some very wise speeches by Prof. Patrick L O Lumumba.
