Should we say ACB has been investigating Uladi Mussa all this time?I think the best strategy for ACB is to investigate the whole corrupt processes at. the Dept of immigration regarding passport issuing to non Malawianns.To me this case is just a cover up of the real issue or simple a witch hunting possibly for sake of diverting peoples mind.That is problem ACB which seems to do something but in a wrong way,manner and time totalling to indecipline and suspitions from some quarters. Believe me Dr Chaponda’s will end in vain. They are always pushed for action rendering them toothless.
Mussa says this arrest is politically motivated. He is forgetting that he got that ministerial post because he is a politician. He has another seat in Parliament which is political in nature. In Malawi it is politicians who make things move faster because of the political power they posses when they are in the ruling party. So Mussa is being handled as a politician because he did this using political influence.
ACB should also investigate who issued 5,000 Malawi Passports to Zimbabweans? Which led to the UK Government withdrawing the visa free entry to the UK.
I hope, no one says there is need of further investigations, until 2019 during election time.
