Problem are the members of parliament of Neno i thought Dausi is also from Neno what is he doing for his home district,i think we have a lot to do in the next elections to clean up these messes.See my name.

I know of a student at Neno CDSS who scored 19 points but has never been selected to University. I wonder what explanation the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), a body responsible for University selection, may have on this issue. Listening to the woos of Neno District, scoring 19 points is no mean achievement but if such a student is not selected to University, where will the others get the motivation to study hard and aspire to pursue tertially education. Discrimination and favoritism are killing the nation. When the late Edward Chitsulo suggested over-hauling the Civilservice, I understood him to mean improving the beauracracy, human resource, business strategy, and to bring in elements of efficience. The number one citizen can always be blamed for running the country in this mess.
