Can somebody tell me, what are the qualities of PRO?does this mean this PRO never went to collage,i thought they were there before i mean at the media industry,that is the problem in Malawi and it is a virus when choosing office bearer they look for favors in due course not at intellectual lot of qualified people are out there in Malawi but they are not connected to the government officials that’s why so no wonder and this will proceed believe me, See my name
