Who must get a higher percentage in UNIMA? I suppose the lowest paid, that is how it should be. Why are well educated people unable to see this. I only happens in UNIMA and for so many years, Why hate your own junior staff?
These people they need Jesus I mean University Council, Government of Malawi approved their 10% in 2017 -2018 Finacial year, and why this office segregate only suport staff? I learn that in July this office gave only Lectures with arrears from 2017 up to 2018 and when Adminstrators heard about this they went again to University office to claim their dues and is the same office also authorised the money for only Adminstrators not suport staff.
