I wish to appeal to all public sector workers to be compromising and understanding that the country is undergoing through a hard time economically for two main reasons – the withdrawal of aid due to Cashgate and the end of tobacco selling season. It should be understood that Government is not likely to have funds to meet all the demand for pay increase from public sector workers. I also hereby give notice that if they do not comply upon the expiry of 7 days of the date hereof, I will go on an indefinite strike to compel Getrude Mutharika’s BEAM Trust to refund the K6m ARV money they stole from NAC. Where on earth is HIV transmitted through dirt and rubbish?
