Zude is right….. the margin of failure is too unaccpetable, 21%? Pa anthu 5 aliwonse mmodzi atha kutenga edzi. Reasonable to conclude that by using this item 21% of malawi could be HIV positive soon!!! This risk is higher than the current prevelence of HIV/AIDS. A ministry of health mungovomela zilizonse? Anybody in the Ministry who did research methodology?
