The days of “A camera does not lie” are long gone. These days technology can place anybody in any position anywhere. What you see is not what is really there. Anybody who believes in photographs as evidence is a fool. I have seen photos of people taken in London – I mean people who have never left their village in Karonga! I have seen local people of Chilumba where I live and work, “photographed” shaking hands with Barack Obama, dressed in clothes they have never seen! So, believe ALL photographs at your own peril.
