Inu nomwe mwalemba zabodza za voter apathy. Kodi apathy ndi technical problems zagwirizana bwanji? Inu a Khamula mukulemba zokomera mbava za K145 million. Mwadya nawo? Ife kubatu sitifuna. Munthu wakuba is enemy of society. Even Exodus 20 ten commandments imaletsa.
