BCC has a very useless Lawyer. He is being paid for nothing. When you engage him in an argument, he doesn’t present logic and you wonder where he studied law. The situation the BCC is inm is as good as having no Lawyer at all. The Lawyers that the BCC employed worth their salt were the likes of Chirwa, late Takomana and late Don Alufandika.
Move them asp! Before they leave let them plant trees in those areas.
Also Mr Chilima, can I ask you to utilise prisoners to plant more trees this year.
