I don’t buy it that Wandale is mentally unstable ney. They’re wronging him all the authorities were supposed to do was to put this guy behind bars if they’ve got grounds to do so. Not forcing him to be taking the medication for mental health. There is no mad person who can hatch a plan like that. Mentally disturbed people kill or harm others but they don’t make a complicated plan. They just attack.
