Becks, all women want to work but it is men who have created conditions for women not to work and be educated. Men, especially in Africa are interested in maintaining power and control over women and the only way to do so is to deny them empowerment tools so that women sit at home, look after children. As a socioeconomic construct it helps men have more sexual control including drinking excessively and sleeping with prostitutes while the women are at home. @ Becks, it’s not even stupid and foolish. A man as head of his family is supposed to provide for his family. A woman is there to help. How can someone claim that he is heading the family which he can’t provide for?
