The issue in Malawi is that a girl child is not given enough support for education. In as much as they are not educated, it will remain like this. Let’s support education for girl child.
It is the women themselves that start to flirt with men to get special favours. In an establishment they work hard to coerce boss for his attention.
When sitting in a meeting they raise their skirts up a bit just that they are noticed. It helps them to fend off difficult questions coming thier way especially if they are behind with thier performance.
We need women in high office so that men stop this abusive behaviour. It is true men use their power and office, in politics and elsewhere, to sexually abuse women. Women need to speak out if we are to stump out this behaviour.
I will be naive if am to say that all that can’t be an excuse because this shit happens every where (I hear) even in offices both public and private sector. However these are strategic political leadership positions. Sale us your strategies and action plan. we will vote you in not as women but as a well capable citizens who can help develop this great nation in esence achieving 50-50 campaign. It’s not shildshness. Mr Bustard you will be surprised this is the sorry state of Malawian men’s minds. It’s everywhere. No sex no promotion or no getting of jobs is the order of the day. Women suffer in silence. In banks , parastatals you name it. We are a shithole country with shithole leaders . Period
Its common nowdays that women start talking about sexual abuses by us men. They feel its an area we men can not win whatever the case is. We need to stand up to these nonsense claims
Women have the right to say no to these (men) advances unless you value political positions more than your own dignity. don’t sell you bodies and souls for a few pieces of silver. If anything report these malpractices to the women political leaders who should be in a position to sympathise with your situation and therefore likely to take the case to party disciplinary committees.
sometimes you need to speak things in true sense what about those in that positions are trying to say they bowl down to demands which you have mentioned?
