World Bank and IMF, we have pleaded with you to do something about corruption in this country. You have continued to support Muthalika government despite his arrogance and nonchalance attitude against the law. He treats the treasury as his personal account. The entire administration is full of corrupt rotten people. How can you continue to give Muthalika money knowing he will only deposit it in his personal Bank account. You are equally responsible for fueling corruption in this country. You are now realizing that this is what has been taking place. Its about time even though long over due.

This is the height of ingratitude: misappropriating funds intended to strengthen financial controls so that we can at least approach lenders with some credibility to manage our finances! Instead, the Treasury misappropriated the money!
