The strike is fueled by power hungry people. You have a certificate and you want to be a Boss because you want your boss fired nononono. Some of you will toil in abject poverty because of wrong career choice. You are of a medical field with a diploma and you went to do a degree in health management thinking you would automatically be placed administrator nonono. Their is zero establishment of that post. understand issues critically before u send your rashy comments. hospitals have have big issues but they don’t rush to the public. they discuss with management. its high time the ministry takes a different approach on these anonymous letters. the underlying problem is funding ikuchepa ,ikuchedwa . nobody can have a better output without adequate resources.

There are problems all sides. With funding inadquancy and persistent Kwacha devaluation things will not be the way they are supposed to.
