This is a joke …does it mean that the project which is to start this may 2017 and no body knows. .Malawi sazatheka. .

“Malawi government has plans … ” That’s how the article starts off, so as I continued reading I knew that nothing of consequence would be reported, or will ever happen. “Government provided start up resources … ” What does that mean? That is just the usual vague rhetoric from a politician. What resources have been provided?
