What a cruel game you are playing with us, Mr Makossa. First you shovel together a great pile of dung, mickles, pickles, muckles, puckles, and other offal of the Scottish literary pig-pen. Then you hide your pearls of wisdom within this steaming, reaking dung-heap, leaving us spadeless and gloveless to separate the treasure from the turds.
