We say we are going the industralisation way & a number of things seems to confirm to this: National Seed Policy, Fertiliser Policy, Plant Breeders Rights Bill & Plant Protection Bill, but why do we talk less & less of the National Intellectual Property Policy which would talk to all policies with a bearing on industralisation, copyright, innovation & entrepreneurship?
