These directives are useless..I am surprised the one making these directives does not see how silly they are. These directives worked during Kamuzu. APM should just lead by examply by not buying stolen MHC houses at K1m….

Some of these directive are rooted in ignorance. Any thief who has been found guilty under law is automatically dismissed by his employer. there is no need for these nonsensical directives
