Is Kalooka competent enough to understand these issues? How u say a drop when there is an increase? Or is a reporter not educated enough to tell us what is on the ground? My foot!

Is Kaooloka a “he” or a “she”? Does 35 in 2014 compared to 20 in 2013 represent a drop? I think it is an increase in reported cases. No?
