Open more selling points to ease pressure. Increase the lot from 10 to 25 kilo to reduce turn over time. So u don’t open a bag, two can share each outside front desk, then u don’t have to employ more staff measuring the grain. Security personel would settle any sharing dispute instead of systematically arranging desperate hungrey buyers. If not then four buyers can share a bag. See how much time you will save. Very sad situation, if more maize are being distributed in all selling points of admarc deports i wish no any queue can be occurred.

Community tracking of the lorries carting the maize from the reserves to the ADMARC depots must be enabled. Announce on national radio and provide police tracking until the maize is offloaded at destination ADMARC depot.
