It looks like the president does not want Corruption to end. If he was really serious about it he should not have relocated Maulana from Command of MDF to NFRA. Maulana vehemently opposed and condemned the Odillo regime on their frauderent activities and in turn he became a black sheep in the eyes of Odillo and his cronies.
