What a stupid sentence. The judiciary is letting everyone down in this country. The police, the medical council,, the poisons board etc are all discouraged by the judiciary

sometimes its not known what the role of medical council of Malawi is. Why cant this body be sending its inspectors in the districts and work with CID or local villagers they will curb a lot of them. People are dying because of these thieves. In Phalombe is worse

The magistrate is a joke! How can you sentence him to only K50,000.00 or in default serve 2 year jail term? The person was found with antibiotics too dangerous to be handled by a person without any medical background. Is that deterrent enough? Ndi m’bale wanu kapena? Uchitsiru bwanu a magistrate
