One day you cry for funding the next day you fail to utilise the funds, when is this government going to start developing Malawi. Should we hire George Bush from USA? We seem not to know what we are doing. Pathetic people.

Those are the same funds our president is giving away when he meets different sectors of the economy. Poor public governance.

I think the tendency of a president donating money should be clearly looked into. Where does the president get this fee money from??
It highlights how our poverty is further fuelling corruption and complacency in public sector deliverance.
