Once upon a time we learnt CIVICS and Health Science, two subjects that helped equip, youngsters from early age, with skills against accidents and diseases. Then fate came to Malawi when the country cried for “wakuba yemweyo” to be president. It di not take long before Bakili Muluzi, popularly known as Atcheya (one wonders what exactly he was charing but maybe the results of his adminsitration style give suffiecient hints), kicked out CIVICS! Now we are heading back to the true Ngwazi ideologies! Way to go!!!

Dear Minister Francis Kasaira You mean Road Authority can not roll out this programme why yourself instead of leaving this to be run by your small boys. Malawi has poor roads due to incompetent people like yourself. Good example is that in Malawi you cannot difference ate between a National Road, Regional Road, Rural Road, Municipal all are the same. You and Mr Hiwa must go we don’t need you guys you’re very useless whether you are graduates to me your degrees are just useless like yourselves. GOOD GESTURE!!! ALSO, WE NEED CIVICS BACK IN PRIMARY SCHOOL SYLLABUS SO THAT KIDS KNOW ABOUT ROAD SAFETY WHILE THEY ARE YOUNG.

Hon Minister good move but kuno Ku Road Traffic kuli Mrs Annie Kandoje in charge of this activity.akuba by conniving with suppliers of road safety materials by inflating quoted prices.plz watch her akutilemerera pamutu.ali kuno Ku headquarters yathui.also check on issuance of driving licences and cof by Mr Msuku okuba kwambiri he receives kickbacks.check also activities za region Ku south akuba kwambiri by just issuing licences without procedures.keep it up Mr Minister
