let ACB go on strike. their role is not even important in malawi. they are just used by ruling political parties. so even if it is clossed for 10 years, I wont feel it.
I still maintain that it is the blundering Goodall Gondwe, a spent force, who is the root of this problem. After elections he said he needed three months to prepare the 2014/15 budget.
