As a full malawian I have no qualms with those that passed through PAC’s grilling or failed to do so. My problem is why one would wish to be affiliated with Lhomweism then he feels he would easily succeed to go through PAC’s test. Lets be who we are and do for our country what it is required to be done than have the prowess of thinking that Mulhakho would be a National issue. We have one Malawi to serve not two. Sometimes we create problems deliberately. In Germany there is Oliver Kumbambe, a long serving Police Officer who rose to IG. He is well qualified with a BA from UNIMA and an MBA and has been in foreign service for more than five years deputising his former lecturer (at Chanco) in Germany, Dr Isaac Lamba. Dr. Lamba left Germany two or so years ago, is it really fair to make him deputise a novice in Voice Mhone? Of course I do not know the academic qualifications and experience of Voice apart from his CSO work.
From my uneducated view are U saying all appointments must be connected with Lomweism bravo PAC kill that tendency pliz, everybody needs decent life regardless of tribe connections.
Is Ted Kalebe not too old? I think anybody over sixty should not be appointed to position of this nature. Remember, an ambassador actually does work unlike a politician who has work done for him or her. PAC has got it wrong on Ted Kalebe in my opinion.
Fools are running govt. Quality is no longer an issue not. It is basically when you come from that matters. Big up PAC you are the only hope of sanity in this country being run by a he-goat of a president.
