the study has shown that 85% in top goverment position are Lomwe, whats the problem here

I agree with you (Dziko ndi anthu ake) ; most of our NGOs are full of Tumbukas and they are still grant all opportunities at their on entertains. You should know that – Nowadays school is elsewhere; Yaos, Lhomwes, Chewas, Ngonis and Tongas hold Masters Degree as Tumbukas do

when shall other tribes get these opportunities?

The study has also revealed that 85% of the workers at ActionAid Malawi are Tumbukas from Mzimba and Karonga.
ActionAid, World Vision Malawi, PLAN Malawi, CONCERN, Save the Children, CRS, are all infested by Tumbukas/Mbwenumbwenus.

And you lie that you are an equal opportunities employer!! God should forgive you
