What about looking after the vendors selling airtime better. They get peanuts for working long hours and little to no training so they can improve their lives. Meanwhile Airtel makes millions of dollars each year from Malawians with their very high tariffs – Malawi though one of the poorest nations on earth pays some of the highest rates per MB of data in the world.

Underground root employees are being not considered why such as like brand ambassadors.such event some elements were missed, brand ambassadors, Although they might be on a short term contract but remember are the ones who also contributes a lot for Airtel brands by branding Airtel money at the market. The event like that must considered don’t be selfish a lone, you consider and check both sides up and down. I think you understand what it means. Shining with your families forgetting other potential underground staffs it unfair and we call it selfishness.
