Salima, Nkhota Kota and Nkhata bay are suitable places for irrigation farming and they can feed the entire nation through out the year. Why borrowing billions of kwachas for drilling boreholes and digging pit latrines in trading centres instead of investing that borrowed money in large scale farming in order to combat hunger.
