no 13, pliz, don`t put the blame on the parents. I don`t think parents can always be in sight of the 5 year olds. This is the age when kids will always be exploring around and it`s not unusual for them to be out of parents` sight for a while during the day when they are playing around. My fellow parents, let`s support this family with prayers and encouraging comments. Who so ever is with this child must bring him back to the family in Jesus` Name!
