Let the area 18 residents receive their compensations. In fact Lilongwe Water-board MUST be punished severely. Had it been this leakage happened at state house, where true people reside, what could be the end results. But since this happened to living things with the appearance of animals no wonder all these excuses etc. Why is the board demanding medical reports to confirm that it indeed supplied contaminated water/ Maybe the board is wondering to hear that it supplied its product (stool) mixed with water. Indeed the residents of area 18 deserve BIG compensations. It is sad to see that Lilongwe water-board is out of senses. Why is it demanding medical reports to confirm that people consumed contaminated Water. Maybe they are surprised to be accused of supplying their product (stool) mixed with water. LL stool- board MUST be charged heavily for its stubbornness and arrogance. It forgets its role but delighted at funding ruling parties in different forms/ways. Dont expect anything from MHRC. They are corrupt . They did an inquiry here at Chanco. Now a year has gone. No feed back.
