In this day and age, we have mobile phone cameras. I can estimate over 20,000 cameras were in the stadium. Is there no one with camera evidence for perpetrators of madness and damage? If Mr. Ning’ang’a can put a price on any such evidence, this madness can be put to a stop.

A Ninganga amasapota Bullets, why downplaying the damage, you want them to be treated fairly while the tax payer foots the bill to renovate the damage.
