APM-Chilima partnership is the only viable option for taking Malawi out of poverty. Compare this with former Church leader turned a dictator and cattle thief of Chikwawa.

Excellent start Honourable Saulos Chilima. Access to $400m credit line, $1 million for the Business Incubator Project and a portion of the $2 billion Solar Energy Project will go a long way in positioning Malawi as a true economic power in the SADC region. The govt would have done its bit with the private sector to now take on the rest. We are with you bwana. Keep going. Make three or four such trips before the next tripartite election.

Well done Mr. Vice President for getting India to support Malawi with a line of credit to build Solar Plants. However, please, please, please do not to give the money to ESCOM. Give Malawian business persons a chance to develop these solar power stations.
