I think in all fairness, Chilima should check himself here. In the spirit of loving the country and being responsible one should accept their failures not only as individuals but as a team player. SKC isn’t making too many promises. The reason is that Malawi is in such a mess currently been lead by clueless people. The promises SKC is making is because no system is working well. The country needs complete overhaul. Everything and many systems need to be scrapped and started all over again.
