Does APM and his running mate know the difference between Deputy and Vice. Both titles mean the same thing. None of them mean a messenger or someone who os told what to do or a servant of the master.

Actually if you google the two, you’ll find that Vice has more authority than Deputy since Vice means second in command, while deputy is used further down the chain of command; e.g. Vice President, but Deputy Director. APM had no idea about what he was talking about when he was making this statement. He is a former professor of law; not English
my undwerstanding is that a deputy or vice is below the presidency. we cant have two boses ruling at the same time. that why other pple are calling for the resignation of the vp both on logical and ethical. he is still part of government and he can not blame the government which he is part of it.
