Mutharika is just stupid.Amakhala kuti kopanda corruption.It has become a way of life.Go to Immigration, Police and Road Traffic, you will see it all over.

Come out of your comfort zone and I will show you that the level of corruption in this country is irreparable. The reforms spearheaded by SAulosi Chilima is just a band aid. Corruption is deep rooted. The reforms should start with Area 43
