The main problem with Mangochi people is corruption.These Achawa people never went to school.imagine they can go to south africa without a passport,drivers license etc.when they come back home they bribe these council guys in all possible ways.Council guys police and all civil servants in mangochi need to be investigated for corruption.The way land is allocated is questionable.Just take a drive and see how structures are built you can aggree with the MP this place is a total mess.I prefer place like Thyolo and Mulanje because the larger areas especially around the main road is covered by tea plantations,these messed… Read more »
