Problems with NGO leaders who do not want to research and find means and alternatives of advancing an economy. We simply need to put measures. It’s not the availability that makes people use something but how you civic educate them. There is tobacco all over, does everybody smoke? There are women all over, does everybody fuck? There is pork all over, does everybody eat? There are chuches all over, does everybodyt go? Reason, those heads are not decorations.
