Yes, the analysis could be sensible considering the fact that Bingu defeated the alliance of John Tembo and Dr. Bakili Muluzi in 2009 election. We should be able to draw the difference between wishes, predictions, analysis & God’s will / reality.

Fair analysis, tamva ndipo nzoona kuti DPP itenganso boma in 2019.MCP will lose some of its seats to the Dpp, pp will also lose most of its seats to the Dpp,giving no chance to the opposition parties to claim victory

Rudo, i used to think you’re one of Malawi ‘ s think tanks but you are as useless as the politicians themselves -maybe even worse. As a writer, you shouldn’t be feeding us your rubbish- rather use realities and facts than pretending -while all of us can see which side you belong. What percentage DPP won with against MCP in 2014 and you have the balls to call them brief case opposition – stupid brainless bustard.

Rudo Tariro, you are the most joker of all jokers. You think you know all Malawians better than anyone else. You think you know Malawian politics than anyone else in Malawi. You think you are a political scientist…no, not all. You are living behind times and you are not in touch with reality. Your articles indeed leaves a lot to be desired and your identity in terms of which political party you are campaigning for was already revealed time immemorial. You are basing your argument on history not facts. Malawians have changed and cannot be fooled anymore. May be because… Read more »

No single party in Malawi can defeat DPP come May,2019. Take it or not but form alliances otherwise DPP will have no mercy on all so-called political parties in Malawi. Their presidents can not even secure a parliamentary seat in the National Assembly. It is right and wise to call some parties “briefcase parties” for the simple reason “they represent nobody in the Legislative Assembly” and they only make a lot of noise for nothing. DPP idzawanyenya-nyenya, mugwirizane mupange “human wall” chire pano otherwise, all these parties big and small will face a disastrous downfall in 2019. Make my word.… Read more »
