May his soul rest in peace .My observations are that most government vehicle drivers overspeed always, the worst being ESCOM they even surpass ambulances in terms of speed.

There was no belt PA seat yake, just last month I remember him saying *akundikhomelera ndinayamba kalele kuwauza kuti andiikile seat belt koma palibe akuchita chabe tsiku lofera silidziwiza but am always scared to drive in this vehicle this is wy I drive mosamala kwambiri.* that day he even explained the significance of tying a belt, amvekere u know what oro patachitika imegency yotani belt imakumanga more and to the point that you don’t get moved many die because of ma movements* this is wy the passenger escaped with no injuries may be to him could have been different story… Read more »
