If you believe that I am cadet, refute that MCP and its current leadership were caught pants down stealing water from Lilongwe Watet Board through illegal water connection. Should you fail to provide your refutal with convincing facts, I will continue urging Malawians not to allow this party with its heartless leadership to get anywhere close to power in Malawi. It is sad that the illegal electricity connection is common in Lilongwe. Memories are still fresh that MCP was caught pants down illegally connecting water in the same city. MCP must have taught the art to so many Malawians. As a word of advice, Malawians let us agree never to allow MCP getting anywhere near power.
