Gangata delighted with Masters’ MBC Innovations Award

Masters Security FC owner Alfred Gangata said he was proud that his team  has been added to the Malawi Broadcasting Corportaion (MBC)  Innovations Award  roll of honour after being awarded the 2018 sports category at a function held at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe on Saturday.

“We are delighted to have this honour.  Something like this is an acknowledgement of our achievements from the Malawian public,”Gangata told Nyasa  Times.

Master defied all odds to win Carlsberg Cup  by beating Mighty Be Forward Wanderers in the finals  and  Nyasa Big Bullets enroute to the finals.

Gangata has also led his team to  carry Malawi’s flag when they joined CAF Confederation Cup in last season.
