Mr ODPP Director, you are a crucial witness in the Commission of Inquiry. There are a lot of people who have no clue on how the procurement process works and hence rushing to conclusions on poor ADMARC chief. Make it clear on whether it is allowed to use an agent who links the single source with the buyer to ensure the agent covers everything as one transaction( for logistics, clearing, insurance and payment of goods to the single source etc).
