Internal issues
Francis Bisika is a nonsense person. When things are wrongly done, he points out the mistakes with courage so that the matter is collected. He is being ousted merely as a suspect at the institution. Do not worry much about the ouster. When one door is closed, another one is opened. Please, Mr. Bisika, do not forget to play your favourite game of basket ball at College of Medicine just to refresh your mind while deciding what to do next.
Contract employment is short-lived. Moreover it is not Itaye who offers a contract; its the board. Itaye just communicates what the board decides.
It is shameful that MACRA issues are openly discussed in the media. Why is this so? Simple- the media has a link which is divulging these issues. Is it someone`s strategy? Power and succession maniac at times can be nasty. Akulu amati njovu zokamamenyana umavutika ndi uzu!!!!

This is a public institution and therefore subject to public scrutiny. We have seen similar matters concerning other public institutions being discussed in the media – MBC, ESCOM, MEC, the list is endless. There is nothing special about MACRA. Lay it bare for the taxpayer to see the rot that is there, period.
